What is the Scheduling Tab?

The Scheduling Tab enables users to establish start and end dates for their surveys. You have the option to commence the survey immediately or select a future start date.

How can I set a future start and end date for my survey?

Utilise the date picker within the Scheduling Tab to choose a future start date. Once selected, you can specify the end date using our date picker or suggested survey duration options.

How can I confirm the scheduled send date?

After filling out the schedule tab, you must complete and save the rest of your survey for it to be scheduled. You can confirm the scheduled send date on the Review & Send tab. Please note that if any elements of your survey are incomplete, the survey will not be sent.

How will I know if my survey is scheduled for a future start date?

The Survey Drafts page will display the scheduled date once you have confirmed a fully completed survey.

 

Can I edit the survey after scheduling it?

Yes, you can edit the survey until the scheduled send time. But remember once you have made your amendments, make sure to press ‘save & schedule’ in the review & send tab to confirm your changes. 

Will I receive reminders about the scheduled send date?

If you've created and scheduled a survey, you will receive two reminder emails: one 48 hours before the scheduled send date and another one hour before. These emails serve to remind you that the survey is due to be sent out soon.
