What is Hive’s Question Bank?
At Hive, we've crafted our engagement model and question bank that encompasses all key aspects of employee experience, going beyond traditional engagement drivers. We also encourage our customers to incorporate Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and well-being-focused questions, along with inquiries about their physical workspace. These areas are just as vital as relationships with line managers, job demands, and reward and recognition. By addressing these elements comprehensively, we ensure a holistic understanding of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Adding a question from Hive’s Question Bank.
To incorporate a question from Hive’s Question Bank into your survey, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Design tab menu at the top of the Survey Builder page.
- Locate the Hive Question Bank within the Design tab menu.
- Search for your desired question within Hive's bank of questions.
- Each question is accompanied by a plus sign, enabling you to seamlessly add it to your survey.
- Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop your selected question from the Question Bank directly into the Design tab, further enhancing ease of use and efficiency.
Can I still create custom questions?
Absolutely! You're not limited to using the question bank. Feel free to create your custom questions tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

Is the Question Bank available in all supported languages?
In the coming weeks we’ll be enabling our Questions Bank for all of our supported languages. Our Question Bank is available to Hive’s that only use a English locale. You won’t have long to wait.
