      February 24th - Enhanced Metric Visibility
      We’ve improved how key metrics are displayed when multiple metrics are used in your survey. Now, the ‘most important’ metric will automatically surface, making it easier to track key insights at a glance (Bespoke metric, Hive Index depending on the survey type used, Average Score). All available metrics will be visible in the Overview tab for a more comprehensive view of your results

      14th February - We’ve enhanced security when accessing old URLs.
      If you try to open an outdated link (e.g Hive Five Status Board), you’ll now be prompted to generate a new one via email or SMS, ensuring secure access to the correct page. For your protection, never forward Hive notifications to others, as this could allow unauthorised access to your account.
       23rd January  - Hive’s Question Bank is now accessible in all supported languages!
      Effortlessly create surveys using our library of People Science pre-built questions, no matter the language you choose. Explore it today in Hive Survey Builder!
      22nd January  - New Download Option for Heatmaps
      If your data exceeds the display limit, you can now download the full Heatmap as a CSV file, ensuring you always have access to your complete insights in a format that’s easy to analyse offline.
      3rd January  - Onboarding and Exit Surveys are now available with Hive - giving you the tools to gather valuable insights at every stage of the employee journey! Learn more here.

      20th December - Introduced a Survey Average Score as a headline metric on the Survey Overview tab. This new addition provides a quick and clear snapshot of your overall survey performance. With the average score highlighted prominently:

      • You can immediately assess employee feedback trends.
      • Track progress over time with ease.
      • Spot areas for improvement at a glance.

      18th December - Hive-Fives Status Board Update

      New Expiry Policy: Status Board URLs will now automatically expire after 90 days. When a link expires, users attempting to access it will see the following message: “Your Status Board URL may have expired, please try generating a new one from your Hive-Fives feed.”

      Why the 90-Day Policy?

      • Balances security and ease of use.
      • Reduces risk from forgotten or shared links.
      • Aligns with security best practices for rotating access tokens.

      December 9th - Duplicate draft survey 

      Admins can now duplicate surveys that are in the 'draft' stage in Survey Builder. Navigate to the copy surveys option in survey builder to duplicate your survey. 

      18th November - Enhancement to keyword search within Admin user settings

      With our improved keyword search functionality, you will now be able to efficiently and effectively locate and manage your employee data with ease.

      18th October - We’ve enhanced your survey dashboard experience

      To ensure faster performance and smoother data handling, we’ve improved the way filters work in your survey dashboard. Once you’ve selected your reporting filters, simply press Re-generate to apply them and view your updated insights. 

      17th October - New Self-Serve Features for Open Door and Hive Fives!

      We’ve rolled out enhanced self-service functionality for customers using Open Door and Hive Fives. Navigate to the account settings page within the platform where you’ll be able to take control of your Open Door. You’ll be able to configure automated reminders, email design and the customise feature name and display.

      11th October - Add employees to live surveys

      We’ve made it easier for Admins to add recipients to a live survey! Now, from the “Open Survey” widget in the Survey Campaigns menu, you can quickly include more participants, even after the survey has started. This helps you ensure all the right people can share their feedback, whenever it’s needed.

      4th October: Four new languages are now available 

      4 new languages have become available - Ukrainian, Russian, Nepali & Konkani

      September 30th: Integrate Hive Fives with Slack
