Our sending IPs & Supported Devices

Hive will send an email to each employee with an invite to take part. To ensure effective delivery of our emails, please ensure the Hive domain and IP addresses are added to your safe-senders list on your incoming mail server

We use the following as part of the Hive service:
Domain: email.hive.hr
Specific Email: noreply@email.hive.hr
IP Addresses: 167.89.95.193, 168.245.94.97 and 149.72.84.156

Usually, adding Hive as a safe sender to the incoming mail server is enough. A rarer problem is if there are any settings on the incoming mail server to limit the number of emails that can be received at once.

The Hive platform will email all of your employees at the same time. Please check that there aren't any throttle settings in place that would cause a problem for us to deliver.

Supported Devices

Hive Employee Features (Surveying, Giving a Hive Five etc.) are designed to work on most laptops, computers, mobile devices & tablets.

The Manager/Administrator dashboard is only fully supported on laptops and computers.

To get the best out of Hive, we recommend the following browsers:

  • Chrome - latest 2 versions
  • Firefox - latest 2 versions
  • Safari - latest 2 versions
  • Edge - latest 2 versions

Hive will continue to work on older browser versions, alternative browsers outside of our recommendations, however you may notice usability issues that may lessen your and your employees use of Hive.
