What is Suggested Focus?
Suggested Focus helps you quickly understand which areas need your attention based on survey results.
How does it work?
- If Key Drivers are turned on → You’ll see the top three Key Drivers ranked by priority, so you know what to act on first.
- If Key Drivers are not turned on → The platform will highlight your lowest-scoring question as a suggested focus area.
What should I do with this information?
Before jumping into action, consider:
✅ Comparing the score to your organisation’s average.
✅ Understanding the sentiment behind the score.
This ensures you’re focusing on the right areas with the right context.
What does ‘pinning’ a question do?
Pinning a question in the survey dashboard allows you to save it for later action. We get it—you like to see the full picture before making a decision. Pinning helps you keep track of important questions without losing them in the data.
Simply click the pin icon next to a question. All pinned questions are saved in the ‘Actions’ tab, so you can return to them when you’re ready to take action.
Think of it like this…
It’s just like ‘hearting’ a T-shirt on your favourite shopping app—you’re saving it to come back to later!
