How to Generate Your Report.

Follow these three simple steps to get your data:

Filter your dashboard

  • Navigate to the Survey Results dashboard in Hive.

  • Apply Filters (e.g. Department or Team) to isolate the specific group you want to view.

💡Pro Tip: The report is generated based exactly on the audience you have filtered on your screen.

Configure & Add Context

  • Go to the "Reports" tab and select "Essential Report".

  • Use the "Add Context" box to tell the AI about recent events, such as a project launch or team restructure.

💡Pro Tip: This ensures the AI narrative reflects your team's reality, not just raw numbers.

     
    3  Step 3: Download & Review

    1. Click Generate; your report will be saved in your Exports folder.

    2. This will be an editable deck. You’ll be notified by email when it’s ready to download.
