Q: How do I log in?
A: As an employee you can access surveys, Hive Fives and submit Open Door feedback through the email or SMS link that has been sent directly to you.
These are called Magic Links. Magic links let you access surveys and Hive features directly.
You do not need a username or password to access this. You can only log on to the Hive platform using an email and password if you have Manager or Admin access.
If your organisation uses Employee Homepage you can access a Hive survey or Hive features by using the link provided by your employer and entering your details .

Note : Please only select ‘Sign in’ if you are a manager or admin in your organisations platform.
Q: How do magic links work?
A: When you are sent a survey link, or feature prompt such as Hive Fives or Open Door, the email or SMS includes a unique magic link. Click it to go straight into Hive — no password or login needed. If the link is older than 7 days it will have expired; request a new one if needed by clicking ‘Send new Link’
Q: What if the link I received has expired or says it’s already used?
A: Request a new magic link by clicking ‘Send New Link’. If you have tried this and it doesn’t work you can contact Hive Support by raising a Support ticket or emailing Support@hive.hr. It's always worth checking in your junk email folder too just to be sure!
Q: I haven’t received an email or I've deleted it.
A: You can request a reminder from your employer, this will have a new survey link for you.
If you think you have unsubscribed from the emails please contact Hive Support by raising a Support ticket or emailing Support@hive.hr.
Q: Can I change or delete a survey response?
A: No - edits or deletions must be handled by Hive Support on a case-by-case basis. Contact Hive Support by raising a Support ticket or emailing Support@hive.hr.
Q: It looks like I have completed a survey but I don’t recall doing this?
A: Please remember not to forward your link to anyone else as they may complete the survey on your behalf. If you have done this or it looks like there is another issue you can Contact Hive Support by raising a Support ticket or emailing Support@hive.hr.
Q: Who can see my survey responses and feedback?
A: Survey responses, Open Door submissions, and Messenger chats are confidential. Hive Fives are visible by default unless sent/received privately. A 'private' Hive Five means the recipient and admins/managers still see it however, it won't be displayed on any status boards.
Q: What are Hive Fives?
A: Hive Five is a tool for peer-to-peer recognition - to say thank you, great job or appreciate colleagues publicly or privately. A 'private' Hive Five means the recipient and admins/managers still see it however, it won't be displayed on any status boards.
Q: How do I give a colleague a Hive Five?
A:You can give a Hive Five via the email or SMS link that has been sent directly to you.

A: You’ll receive an email with the subject “Congratulations - You’ve been recognised on Hive!” Click the link in that email to view your Hive Fives.

A: Contact Hive Support by raising a Support ticket or emailing Support@hive.hr.

Q: What is Hive Open Door?
A: If enabled by your organisation, Hive Open Door is a channel to send confidential free-text feedback at any time. You can share opinions, ideas, or concerns - outside of scheduled surveys.
Q: What is Hive Messenger?
A: Hive Messenger is a confidential chat system: your employer can respond to your feedback, discuss it, or share next steps - whilst keeping your identity hidden as a randomly generated colour & animal as an alias.
